Built to protect your data and your homeowners’ decisions
ScopeAgree handles real money conversations with homeowners, so it is designed from the ground up to keep your data private, your evidence trustworthy and each organisation cleanly separated.
EU data residency
Your organisation’s data is held in the European Union (Frankfurt), on managed, access-controlled infrastructure.
Private, encrypted file storage
Photos and documents are stored privately and encrypted. Uploaded files are scanned before they are accepted, and are never served from an unverified area.
Private homeowner links
Homeowners reach a single proposal through a high-entropy link that expires and can be revoked. They never get access to your account, your other jobs or your customer list.
A clear evidence trail
Every sent version is locked and every homeowner decision is recorded against the exact version they saw, with timestamps — so there is a straightforward record of what was agreed.
Least-privilege access
The browser never talks directly to the database. Every request goes through the ScopeAgree API with tenant isolation, so one organisation can never see another’s data.
AI stays a constrained assistant
AI can help you transcribe and tidy up wording, but it can never set your prices, tax or totals, send anything to a homeowner, or change a decision. Those always take a deliberate action from you.
Honest about what evidence is
- ScopeAgree records clear electronic assent — a typed name, an acknowledgement and an explicit confirmation of the exact amount — as evidence of a decision.
- It is not a qualified electronic signature and does not verify a person’s identity.
- Whether any agreement is legally enforceable depends on your contract and the law in your jurisdiction. Take your own legal advice.
A data processing summary and sub-processor list will be published here ahead of general availability.
